Our stay at the Cozy Pines Retreat was perfection. It was one of the few Airbnbs I would prefer to live in over my own home! EVERYTHING was tastefully done from the beds, to the fully-stocked kitchen, entertaining game and movie room, to the thoughtful touches for the kids. Amber was AMAZING... reachable without fail and above and beyond accommodating. I would stay here again without a second thought. This house made our trip!!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at—and we’ve stayed at a lot, especially in Arnold! The home is beautifully updated, feels brand new, and gave us such a luxurious vacation experience. We especially appreciated that there were no stairs to enter the house or inside, making it super convenient for everyone. And the arcade garage? Absolutely amazing! The kids had a blast and could have spent the whole trip in there. What really stood out was the host’s thoughtfulness. On the day of checkout, there was a snowstorm, and they graciously gave us extra time, which made all the difference. It was also a relief to have clear guidance on trash disposal—an important detail in Arnold. Having stayed at places where the lack of garbage service wasn’t communicated (and we only found out when we were dinged for it!), we appreciated that Amber clarified we weren’t expected to haul our trash with us. This is hosting done right in Arnold! We’d love to come back.

Such a great Airbnb! Stayed here with my two kids (2 & 5), my husband and MIL. The space was decorated so well and was so incredibly well-stocked. They had everything we needed (even a potty for my potty-training-2-year-old). The game room was a total hit with everyone. Loved our stay and hope to be back sometime soon!

We had a lovely stay at Amber’s place! Our kids enjoyed the game room. They were excited to find books they love to read and many games to play. We stayed during a winter storm and Amber made the stay as easy as possible for us with a clear driveway and path to entry. We would happily stay here again.

This is one of the best Airbnb houses we’ve ever stayed at. We had two small families in our group and the master bedroom on one side of the common area and remaining 2 bedrooms on the other side was the perfect layout. We loved the game room, board games, kids books, and fire pit, and appreciated the s’mores supplies that were left for us! The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we might have needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was so tastefully decorated with amazing attention to detail. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities! Amber was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space was cozy and perfectly set up for our group of 7—4 adults and 3 kids. We loved every moment spent there, especially in the game room! We’re definitely planning to come back. Highly recommend!

Spacious house in a beautiful area - plenty of room for our family of 5. Kids loved the game room and s'mores at the fire pit. The house was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with amenities (USB charging ports in every room was a really nice touch!). Amber was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. Location was great also - quick drive to the local grocery store, and great jumping off point for adventure. We visited the Sequoias at Big Trees and went sledding at the Round Valley Sno-Park. Plenty of nearby restaurants as well. I definitely see us staying here again on our next trip to the Sierra!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family! Loved having the game room to play in! There were so many amenities that made the trip smooth sailing, like seasonings for cooking dinners and a high chair for the baby. Would come back again!

This house was absolutely incredible! Not only was it perfectly decorated, but Amber and her team left the house fully stocked with all the amenities you would need - coffee, to go cups, razors, toothbrushes, hair ties and even feminine products!!! Even though the house is cozy, it felt like a great amount of space for our group of 6 - 3 kids, 2 parents, and a grandparent. The kids loved the game room and it kept them fully occupied when we were at the house. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

A beautiful home with a great layout for my family. Our two kids loved the game room and we enjoyed dining outside and the quiet environment overall. We really enjoyed the hammocks and the added personal touch of the coffee bar, kids books, and s’more ingredients for over the fire pit. A perfect getaway - we’ll def be booking again!

This house was our safe place away from home! It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The house is absolutely stunning, the yard is so beautiful and peaceful and the game room was a huge plus! Everything was well thought out for and the decor was so well put together. The access we get to the pools and the lakes was perfect and super relaxing! Me and the girls loved our stay here and definitely plan to come back when it snows! If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it! You won’t regret it! One of the best trips I’ve had by far. Amber was sweet, super helpful and responsive! (:

This was our first family trip with our 3 year old and 1 year old and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It exceeded our expectations and the game room and deck were great areas for the kids. The smores kit was a nice touch for a night activity. We have family in the area so the location was great for us to have a private space between visiting with them. We plan to book her again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at cozy Pines. The house was exactly as described — newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. This is our 3rd time traveling to Arnold with the same family friends. We all agreed this was the best house and that we’d stay here again. Amber was very responsive. The house was clean and the other mom and I were constantly commenting on the beautiful decor. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. The hammock and fire pit were also great. There was an indoor and outdoor dining table. Kitchen had all the amenities and appliances we needed. After we arrived back home, we realized one of the kids left his backpack outside. We messaged Amber and she went right over to the house and sent it out to us the next day. She went above and beyond!! Thank you!

Amber’s Cozy Pines Retreat was perfect for our family of 5 with two young kids. The home was so thoughtfully prepared with luxuries such as a fully stocked coffee and tea corner, feminine products, take out containers, and spices. The game room was amazing and there were so many special touches for kids like a cart, high chair, and crib. We especially enjoyed the s'mores kit and hammock in the backyard. We felt well taken care of and hope to go back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is perfect, it has everything you need and more. It is very well decorated and cozy and super clean. We were four with a toddler and we really appreciated the equipment and toys for the kid. We enjoyed watching movies in the game room in the evening. The location is great, the surroundings are calm and peaceful, you are going to love to have your meals on the deck. It’s just a few minutes drive to go to the community center with the pool or got to the stores and restaurants. 20 min from Murphy which is very cute and where you can shop, enjoy coffee, ice cream and nice restaurants. 40 min from Alpine Lake where we had the best time swimming. Amber was super helpful and responsive. She provided with handbooks with plenty of information about the area and things to do.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It is incredibly well equipped for kids of all ages - from the high chair, potty, and toys for little ones, to the amazing game room for the older kids. Everything was brand new, clean, and well thought out, and the location is quiet but still close to all the things to do in the area. Our stay could not have been better, and we'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing place!! we were so lucky to be the first ones over there. The attention to detail is just perfect. Everything we looked for in the kitchen we found. The backyard is private and amazing to have dinner in and the game room has games for all ages. Amber was so responsive and helped us with everything. We will be back!
