Please consider AWD/4WD or chains in snowy months. Blue Lake Springs: 💲 Guest fees apply (ages 3+): $20 daily / $100 weekly per person Group of 6: $100 daily / $400 weekly Facility Hopping - Guests who have paid the daily or weekly rate may move freely between facilities for no additional cost. Keyless Access: Guests will have easy access to the home via a keyless entry system at the front door. For winter stays, we have a reliable snow removal team that will work to clear the driveway before your arrival. However, please note that the driveway is steep (which is why we call it Mustang Mountain!) and our home sits at the top of a hill, so a 4WD vehicle or chains are strongly recommended in snowy conditions. We highly recommend checking road conditions before your journey. The incline makes it less suitable for towing boats, and street parking is not permitted during winter due to snowplow access. Please ensure you’re equipped for snow with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, or have chains on hand. Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any reports of parties being thrown at the house will result in an immediate $1,000.00 fine, mandatory reimbursement for any damages incurred, and a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500. Your booking will be terminated by Airbnb, and if necessary, law enforcement will be called to remove you from the property. Power Outages: Please note that unplanned power outages may occur in the mountains due to storms, PG&E equipment malfunctions, or high demands on the electrical grid. Kindly be aware that our space does not have a generator to provide backup power during such instances.
